The Wood real estate is located 1/2 mile west of LaHarpe, IL to the LaHarpe - Fountain Green Blacktop, then 5 miles south to Roads 2150N-2650E, then 1 mile west. METHOD & TERMS OF SALE
Tracts 1 & 2 will be sold on a price per acre basis with Tract 3 selling for a total dollar amount. Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before February 16, 2015. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Seller. Possession of Tracts 1 & 2 will be given at time of closing subject to a farm lease for the 2015 crop year. The 2015 cash rent will be given to the Buyers of Tracts 1 & 2. The 2015 real estate taxes due and payable in 2016 are to be paid by the Buyers. The exact date of closing on Tract 3 will be announced on sale day as the current tenants will be given sufficient time to relocate.
